These terms and conditions apply to all users of the tashlk.com website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. By placing an order with Tash Gem & Jewellery (PVT) Ltd (“us”, “we”, “our”) you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

 

Please note, these terms and conditions can change at any time, and it is up to you to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products. Only the most recent version of these terms and conditions will be considered valid. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions set out below, you should not continue to use or access these websites.

 

Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IF YOU BREAK THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

You agree that if you break these terms and conditions, or any liabilities are incurred arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable

legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.

 

 

 

Ordering

 

When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. If tashlk.com does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered they can be made to order. This process takes 4-14days. Made to order and bespoke items are final sale and not eligible for refund or return.

All prices listed on tashlk.com are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.

No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and tashlk.com until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.

 

This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, and usual delivery times.

 

You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

 

If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why. Discount vouchers, codes and offers cannot be used on sale products.

DELIVERY

 

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if your order is of a high value.

 

If your delivery address is outside of Sri Lanka, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

 

 

 

PAYMENT

 

Prices quoted are based on Sri Lankan delivery. For non-Sri Lankan deliveries local tax will apply and the price may be adjusted at check out.

 

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

 

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, you may exchange it within 7 days at any TASH store. If you do not return the item within 7days, you will not be entitled to an exchange.

 

Jewelry Items in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents, may be returned or exchanged within 7 days at any TASH store.

 

We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. We will provide a refund where the goods are deemed to be faulty after assessment by the workshop or do not match our description or sample. Items damaged by client “wear and tear” are non-refundable. Deposits made on special orders and special commissions are non-refundable.

 

Custom designed merchandise, class rings, gemstones and items engraved with personalized information cannot be exchanged or non-refundable.

 

All jewelry purchased on sale or with a discount code is final sale and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranties & Guarantees

 

At TASH, we promise the jewelry we sell is of the highest quality. Our Lifetime Warranty covers all the jewelry we sell, and other services at no extra cost. It includes repairs, re polishing, resizing and stone replacement*

Our Precious & Semi Precious gemstones are cut and polished by master craftsmen whose skills

 

make your stone beautiful and brilliant. Furthermore, we guarantee the accurate carat weight of your stone and the gold content of your mounting.

 

To stay under warranty, you’ll take your gemstone jewelry to a TASH Outlet location every six months. But you can come in anytime, as often as you wish, for free professional cleaning and inspection.

 

For Gold / White Gold / Rhodium / Rose Gold plated items, Warranty is applicable only for one year for the plating.

You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organization to material posted on our site. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. By using this service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity of this website.
