Return & Exchange Policy

At TASH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of your purchase at any TASH store. Please note that items must be in their original condition, unworn and unaltered, and must be accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents.

We do not offer refunds for items returned due to a change of mind or incorrect selection. However, we will provide a refund if the item is faulty after assessment by the workshop or if it does not match our description or sample. Please note that items damaged by client “wear and tear” are non-refundable.

Custom designed merchandise, class rings, gemstones, and items engraved with personalized information cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All jewelry purchased on sale or with a discount code (Promotional Vouchers) is considered a final sale and is not eligible for refund or exchange.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item, and that shipping costs are non-refundable.
